Abstract

Case is reported of patient of 31 years of age (gravida II, para I), with not controlled pregnancy who went to the emergency of the Obstetric Department of the University Hospital of Maracaibo, Maternity "Dr. Armando Castillo Plaza" with pregnancy of 40 weeks, breech presentation and labor. A cesarean section was performed, obtaining a live female newborn. Weight: 4 200 g. Height: 53 cm. The newborn physical examination showed multiple anomalies in pelvic waist characterized by duplication of legs, articulated in number of 3. At the moment she was under stable clinical conditions. A separation of the abnormal members was carried out, and she is waiting for complementary studies in order to elaborate a functional prosthesis for her case
