The aim of this article is to show a bibliographical review that would aid as a foundation to teachers training programs, which should be restructured to answer to new challenges on childrens care. I will start with the current preschool teachers training; the teacher we want and need: infants teachers and awareness to diversity, meaning handicapped children; and at home and international legal baselines, which guaranteed the educational inclusion. Among the conclusions arisen from careful thought, we realize that, in our training institution, it is necessary to implement important changes, consideration to attention to diversity as a main axis to the curriculum, also such training should be included in the development and establishment of policies of inclusion and attention to diversity.
