Abstract

MERCADO, VERENA  and  PENA, JOSÉ BERNARDO. Modelo de gestión de mantenimiento enfocado en la eficiencia y optimización de la energía eléctrica . Saber [online]. 2016, vol.28, n.1, pp.99-105. ISSN 2343-6468.

The purpose of this study is to present a model of management of electrical maintenance, which adapts to the requirements of industrial systems, adjusts to the ISO norms and in turn interrelates the different processes, activities and areas of the organization interested in optimizing and improving the efficiency of electric power. For the development of the model, the analysis started evaluating models of industrial maintenance proposed in the last 25 years, then parameters were reviewed like: factor of power, harmonic, temperature, vibrations and disruptions, in order to define activities that allow to detect problems in the electrical systems, in order to propose phases in the maintenance that include communication, follow-up and well defined objectives. The proposed model presents two complementary parts; a scheme based on requirements related to electrical parameters orientated towards the efficiency and optimization of the electric power and the model of management itself, which contemplates elements related to the integration of the different stakeholders, and a planning and programming of activities adjusted to the ISO norm 9001:2000. The model refers to the management of maintenance based on the programming and planning of activities related to preventive and predictive maintenance and its implementation will allow to anticipate malfunctioning, interruptions and possible disturbances in the electrical systems, a reduction of electrical losses and a major energy efficiency.

Keywords : Energy efficiency; preventive maintenance; predictive maintenance; model of management.
