Abstract
MARCANO-BERTI, Luis. A new Vochysiaceae from Perú. Acta Bot. Venez. [online]. 2007, vol.30, n.2, pp.357-360. ISSN 0084-5906.
Vochysia poncy-barrieri Marc.-Berti from Perú is described and illustred. This new species belongs to subsection Ferrugineae Warm., section Ciliantha Stafleu. The characteristics that separate it from the related species V. majuscula Pilg. y V. punctata Spruce ex Warm. are analyzed.
