La falta de reconocimiento de éste fenómeno se traduce en diagnósticos errados, realización de exámenes adicionales y terapias inadecuadas. En este trabajo se estudian casos de PTCP-EDTA en pacientes que asistieron al Servicio de Bioanálisis del Hospital José Gregorio Hernández del I.V.S.S., durante el periodo del 01/01/99 al 31/07/00 proponiéndose diversas alternativas para correctos contajes de plaquetas en las muestras en que se observó este fenómeno. Sangre de cinco pacientes fue tratada con diversos anticoagulantes (EDTA, citrato y oxalato) y se conservaron a temperatura ambiente (T.A.) y 37°C, en tres de ellos se tomaron muestras adicionales en EDTA para suplementarla con Kanamicina a fin de observar los efectos de este antibiótico sobre los parámetros hematológicos. De un total de 25.390 hematologías procesadas se detectaron 9 casos de PTCP-EDTA (incidencia 0,04%). CONCLUSIONES: el citrato no es el anticoagulante recomendado para el correcto contaje plaquetario en estos pacientes; una buena alternativa pudiese ser la incubación inmediata de la muestra, a 37°C, después de ser extraída. La pre-suplementación con Kanamicina, de muestras extraídas con EDTA se presenta como método ideal para el correcto contaje automatizado de plaquetas en casos de PTCP-EDTA conocida, debido a que evita la agregación plaquetaria sin afectar otros parámetros hematológicos, de igual modo el realizar contajes manuales (Unopette), es una buena alternativa para llevar a cabo un correcto contaje de plaquetas en estos pacientes.]]></p></abstract>

This study marks pseudothrombocytopenia EDTA-induced (PTCP-EDTA) in patients of Bioanálisis Service of "Dr. José Gregorio Hernández" Hospital-IVSS (Venezuelan Institute of Social Security), in the period of 01-01-99 to 31-07-00 propose variety alternative for correct platelet count in specimens with this phenomenon. Entre los factores que pueden ocasionarla se han descrito: coagulaci&oacute;n parcial de la muestra<SUP>(1-5)</SUP>, fallas en la t&eacute;cnica de extracci&oacute;n<SUP>(1-5)</SUP>, satelitismo plaquetario<SUP>(6-12)</SUP>, presencia de plaquetas gigantes<SUP>(1-5)</SUP> y la existencia de anticuerpos antiplaquetarios en presencia de anticoagulantes<SUP>(1-5,9,13-20)</SUP>. Las Pseudotrombocitopenias representan aproximadamente el 49% de las trombocitopenias que se presentan en muestras analizadas en autoanalizadores hematol&oacute;gicos. De ellas, el 72% es debido a la agregaci&oacute;n por &Aacute;cido Etilen-diamino-tetra-ac&eacute;tico (EDTA)<SUP>(5)</SUP>, que es el anticoagulante recomendado por la International Council for Standardization in Haematology (ICSH) para la realizaci&oacute;n de hematolog&iacute;as<SUP>(21)</SUP>.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Inicialmente el fen&oacute;meno fue reconocido por Gowland et al. en 1969<SUP>(13)</SUP> y Watkins y Shulman en 1970<SUP>(14)</SUP>, quienes describieron un factor en el suero que provocaba aglutinaci&oacute;n de las plaquetas in vitro, en presencia de EDTA y a temperaturas menores de 37°C. La formaci&oacute;n de estos agregados es dependiente del tiempo por lo que una progresiva reducci&oacute;n del contaje plaquetario puede ser observado al procesar las muestras en distintos momentos.</P>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">La presencia de pseudotrombocitopenia EDTA-dependiente (PTCP-EDTA), no se ha relacionado con alteraciones en la morfolog&iacute;a y funci&oacute;n plaquetaria<SUP>(1,13)</SUP>. Se ha llegado a afirmar que este fen&oacute;meno no est&aacute; asociado a enfermedades autoinmunes ni hemorr&aacute;gicas. No existiendo correlaci&oacute;n alguna entre la pseudotrombocitopenia EDTA dependiente, el estado salud-enfermedad y la edad<SUP>(4,5,19,22)</SUP>; curiosamente la pseudotrombocitopenia EDTA dependiente prevalece en las mujeres con un 65%.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">La detecci&oacute;n de este fen&oacute;meno es sumamente importante ya que la falta de reconocimiento de este falso contaje plaquetario puede provocar la realizaci&oacute;n de costosos ex&aacute;menes adicionales, diagn&oacute;sticos errados y largas terapias con corticoesteroides, suspensi&oacute;n de tratamientos e incluso un cambio de vida del paciente por temor al sangrado; por todo esto es importante que exista una buena comunicaci&oacute;n entre el cl&iacute;nico y el personal del laboratorio para que, en casos de trombocitopenias, sean descartadas y/o detectadas las pseudotrombocitopenias y dentro de &eacute;stas las debidas a EDTA. </P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Hasta ahora no est&aacute; totalmente dilucidado el mecanismo por el cual se forman los agregados plaquetarios en presencia de EDTA. Diversos estudios demuestran que los anticuerpos en pacientes pseudotrombocitop&eacute;nicos reconocen un determinante antig&eacute;nico en la GPIIb de la membrana plaquetaria lo cual es una expresi&oacute;n estrictamente dependiente de la presencia de anticoagulantes quelantes de Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>. Otro estudio plantea la posibilidad que la uni&oacute;n anticuerpo-GPIIb provoca la activaci&oacute;n y posterior agregaci&oacute;n plaquetaria<SUP>(23)</SUP>.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Sakurai et al.<SUP>(24)</SUP> en 1997, propusieron dos nuevas hip&oacute;tesis para explicar la agregaci&oacute;n plaquetaria inducida por EDTA. Ellos observaron que los pacientes que exhib&iacute;an un contaje normal de plaquetas en la admisi&oacute;n y que luego desarrollaban pseudotrombocitopenia EDTA-dependiente hab&iacute;an recibido tratamiento con antibi&oacute;ticos de 4 a 10 d&iacute;as antes de la detecci&oacute;n de pseudotrombocitopenia. Por lo que su hip&oacute;tesis primaria fue que los anticuerpos antiplaquetario de los pacientes pseudotrombocitop&eacute;nicos en un principio eran originados contra los antibi&oacute;ticos con los cuales ellos hab&iacute;an sido tratados, sin embargo, en este mismo estudio se observ&oacute; que no hab&iacute;a una relaci&oacute;n espec&iacute;fica entre los antibi&oacute;ticos usados para el tratamiento del paciente y aquellos que fueron demostrados como efectivos en la prevenci&oacute;n de la agregaci&oacute;n plaquetaria, sugiriendo que esta hip&oacute;tesis es improbable. Una explicaci&oacute;n alternativa ser&iacute;a que la adici&oacute;n de EDTA previene la agregaci&oacute;n en pacientes normales por un incremento de la carga de la superficie plaquetaria; los anticuerpos antiplaquetarios que inducen PTCP-EDTA dependiente pudiesen entonces disminuir la carga de superficie de las plaquetas y antagonizar los efectos anticoagulantes del EDTA, explicando la agregaci&oacute;n. </P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&nbsp;</P> <B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">MATERIALES Y M&Eacute;TODOS</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Del total de hematolog&iacute;as procesadas en el laboratorio del Hospital &quot;Dr. Jos&eacute; Gregorio Hern&aacute;ndez&quot; del Seguro Social de Caracas, durante el per&iacute;odo comprendido entre el 01 de enero de 1999 y el 31 de julio de 2000, se reestudiaron aquellos pacientes a quienes se les hab&iacute;a reportado un contaje bajo de plaquetas y en cuyos extendidos sangu&iacute;neos mostraban agregados plaquetarios; as&iacute; como aquellos que en dos o m&aacute;s hematolog&iacute;as se les hab&iacute;an reportado contajes plaquetarios discordantes.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">En total se evaluaron cinco (05) pacientes en los que se presum&iacute;a la existencia de PTCP-EDTA dependiente.</P>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&nbsp;</P> <B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">COMPORTAMIENTO DEL CONTAJE PLAQUETARIO CON DIVERSOS ANTICOAGULANTES Y A DIFERENTES TEMPERATURAS</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Se recolectaron las muestras en cuatro (4) tubos al vac&iacute;o (Vacutainer Systems Becton Dickinson), dos de los tubos conten&iacute;an 0.057ml de EDTA-K3 al 15% para un volumen total de 5ml, uno se incub&oacute; a 37°C durante todo el ensayo yel otro se mantuvo a temperatura ambiente, un tercer tubo con 0.3ml de citrato de sodio dihidratado al 3.8% para un volumen total de 3ml se dej&oacute; a temperatura ambiente y de un cuarto tubo sin aditivo se obtuvo suero para la realizaci&oacute;n de pruebas bioqu&iacute;micas.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">A cada uno de los pacientes se les tom&oacute; muestra capilar para el contaje manual por el m&eacute;todo de Brecher-Cronkite utilizando Unopette; este contaje se llev&oacute; a cabo por triplicado<SUP>(25)</SUP>.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Cada muestra fue mezclada veinte (20) veces por inversi&oacute;n completa manual y/o en un mezclador de muestras (Coulter Electronic INC Hialeah Florida) antes de ser procesada e inmediatamente se elabor&oacute; su respectivo frotis por duplicado, estos frotis sangu&iacute;neos fueron te&ntilde;idos con colorantes tipo Romanoswky</FONT><FONT SIZE=3 COLOR="#ff0000"> </FONT><FONT SIZE=3>(Giemsa y Wright).</P> <I>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Cada 5 minutos, durante una hora se procesaron las muestras en un contador electr&oacute;nico automatizado Coulter T-890 (Coulter Electronic INC Hialeah Florida), en la siguiente secuencia:</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P><DIR>  </I>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">1.&#9;Muestra anticoagulada con EDTA-K3 conservada a temperatura ambiente.</P>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">2.&#9;Muestra anticoagulada con EDTA-K3 conservada a 37°C.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">3.&#9;Muestra anticoagulada con Citrato de Sodio 3,8% conservada a temperatura ambiente.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P></DIR>      <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&#9;En los datos de la muestra citratada se realiz&oacute; una correcci&oacute;n por la diluci&oacute;n.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&#9;Para el an&aacute;lisis de los datos: el contaje de plaquetas y leucocitos se utiliz&oacute; el programa Excel del Office 98.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&nbsp;</P> <B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">EFECTO DE LA SUPLEMENTACI&Oacute;N DEL EDTA CON KANAMICINA EN LOS PAR&Aacute;METROS HEMATOL&Oacute;GICOS</B> <B>(suplementaci&oacute;n inmediatamente despu&eacute;s de extra&iacute;da la muestra)</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">En tres de los cinco pacientes evaluados (3, 4 y 5) se tom&oacute; una muestra adicional con EDTA-K3 al que se le agreg&oacute; inmediatamente kanamicina. Estas muestras se mantuvieron a temperatura ambiente y se procesaron paralelamente con las muestras anteriormente se&ntilde;aladas.</P>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&nbsp;</P> <B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">RESULTADOS</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">De un total de 25.390 hematolog&iacute;as procesadas se detectaron nueve casos (09) de PTCP-EDTA dependiente, siendo la incidencia observada de 0,04%.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">De los nueve casos reconocidos en m&aacute;s de a&ntilde;o y medio todos fueron del sexo femenino, ocho (08) pacientes ambulatorios y uno (01) se encontraba hospitalizado. De los casos hallados en este per&iacute;odo, s&oacute;lo cinco (05) aprobaron participar en este protocolo con edades comprendidas entre 14 y 63 a&ntilde;os (media 43 a&ntilde;os).</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">El comportamiento del contaje de plaquetas y leucocitos, con diversos anticoagulantes y a diferentes temperaturas en uno de los pacientes se observa en la <B><I><a href="#gráfica 1">Gr&aacute;fica 1</a></I></B><a href="#grafica 1">.</a></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">El efecto de la suplementaci&oacute;n del EDTA con kanamicina sobre los par&aacute;metros hematol&oacute;gicos se muestra en la <B><I><a href="#Tabla 1">Tabla 1</a></I></B>.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"><a name="gráfica 1"></a></P>     <P ALIGN="center"><img border="0" src="/img/fbpe/rfm/v24n1/08-grafica1.jpg" width="500" height="500"></P> <DIR> <DIR>  <I>    ]]></body>

<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">La incidencia de PTCP-EDTA dependiente en este centro asistencial para el lapso comprendido entre 01-01-99 al 31-07-00 fue de 0,04%. Estos resultados est&aacute;n por debajo de los reportados en la literatura mundial que van desde 0.07%<SUP>(3)</SUP> hasta 1.9%<SUP>(1)</SUP>. Se infiere que la causa de esta diferencia puede ser debido a variaciones propias de la poblaci&oacute;n venezolana, ya que no conocemos incidencias de este fen&oacute;meno en la comunidad latina; o que se est&eacute; presentando un subregistro de casos en este servicio.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Todos los pacientes a quienes se le detect&oacute; pseudotrombocitopenia EDTA-dependiente en el presente estudio fueron del sexo femenino, hecho que se corresponde con lo descrito en la literatura<SUP>(3, 5,19, 26)</SUP>. En ninguno de los casos, el motivo de consulta se relacion&oacute; con el desarrollo de este fen&oacute;meno. El total de los pacientes no presentaron patolog&iacute;as que se pudiesen asociar con trombocitopenias verdaderas (a excepci&oacute;n de dos (02) casos de s&iacute;ndrome viral), la mayor&iacute;a de &eacute;stos asistieron al laboratorio para ex&aacute;menes de control o de rutina y s&oacute;lo uno estaba hospitalizado; encontr&aacute;ndose una mayor prevalencia en pacientes aparentemente sanos. La edad de los pacientes estuvo en un rango amplio de 14 a 63 a&ntilde;os, la ausencia de infantes en el presente estudio se explica por el hecho de que en este centro asistencial, se atienden en su mayor&iacute;a pacientes de edad avanzada y con enfermedades cr&oacute;nicas.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Las muestras analizadas presentaron un contaje inicial de plaquetas dentro del rango de referencia normal (232-336)x10<SUP>9</SUP>/l<SUP>(27)</SUP>. En estos pacientes se observ&oacute; una disminuci&oacute;n progresiva en el contaje de plaquetas de las muestras tomadas con EDTA y mantenidas a temperatura ambiente, llegando a ser &eacute;sta hasta un 91% m&aacute;s baja que el contaje inicial, a los sesenta (60) minutos despu&eacute;s de extra&iacute;da la muestra. A pesar de que la disminuci&oacute;n fue homog&eacute;nea (77%-91%), la intensidad del decrecimiento a trav&eacute;s del tiempo fue diferente en cada uno de los pacientes. Paralelo a la disminuci&oacute;n del contaje plaquetario, se observ&oacute; un aumento en el n&uacute;mero de gl&oacute;bulos blancos registrados por el equipo, llegando a ser este incremento hasta un 130% del contaje inicial.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">La observaci&oacute;n microsc&oacute;pica de los extendidos sangu&iacute;neos de estos pacientes mostraron la existencia de c&uacute;mulos plaquetarios que iban aumentando en n&uacute;mero y tama&ntilde;o gradualmente en el tiempo, <B><I>(<a href="#figura1">Figura 1</a>)</B></I>. La formaci&oacute;n de estos c&uacute;mulos explicar&iacute;a la disminuci&oacute;n progresiva del contaje plaquetario y el aumento paralelo del contaje leucocitario, ya que los mismos al llegar a tener un volumen mayor de 20fl no son detectados por el autoanalizador como plaquetas, sino que son registrados como leucocitos debido a su similitud con estos &uacute;ltimos, <B><I>(<a href="#figura 2">Figura 2</a>)</B></I>. <body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"><b>Figura 2:</b> Extendido sangu&iacute;neo de muestra extra&iacute;da con EDTA y mantenida a temperatura ambiente donde se compara el tama&ntilde;o de los agregados plaquetarios con el de un polimorfonuclear (100x).</P> </I>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P></DIR> </DIR> </DIR>      <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Los resultados obtenidos en muestras anticoaguladas con citrato exhibieron un fen&oacute;meno similar al observado en las muestras anticoaguladas con EDTA y mantenidas a temperatura ambiente, aunque la disminuci&oacute;n del contaje plaquetario se hace menos acentuada a trav&eacute;s del tiempo. Llama la atenci&oacute;n que en diversos reportes<SUP>(1,3,15,20,28,29,30,31,32)</SUP> se ha recomendado el uso del citrato como alternativa para confirmar la existencia de PTCP-EDTA dependiente e incluso lo se&ntilde;alan como el anticoagulante a utilizar para la realizaci&oacute;n del contaje plaquetario automatizado en pacientes que presentan este fen&oacute;meno.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">No es recomendable el uso del citrato para confirmar el diagn&oacute;stico de PTCP-EDTA dependiente, as&iacute; como tampoco el anticoagulante alternativo para el contaje de plaquetas en estos casos, debido a que en todos los pacientes el contaje fue disminuyendo en distintas proporciones y el coeficiente de variaci&oacute;n de dichos contajes estuvo en un rango de 14% al 49%, lo que resulta poco confiable para el uso en el laboratorio cl&iacute;nico de rutina. A diferencia de los contajes plaquetarios realizados bajo las condiciones antes descrita (EDTA y citrato mantenidas a temperatura ambiente), en los contajes plaquetarios de las muestras extra&iacute;das con EDTA y conservadas a 37°C se obtuvieron coeficientes de variaci&oacute;n con un rango de 1.7% al 8.8%, aunque &eacute;ste es mucho menor que los obtenidos en EDTA y citrato mantenidas a temperatura ambiente, la mayor&iacute;a de los valores no estuvieron dentro del rango establecido por el fabricante del equipo (<FONT FACE=Symbol>&#163;</FONT>  3%), solo dos (02) pacientes mostraron coeficiente de variaci&oacute;n aceptable. Estos resultados indican que el mecanismo por el cual se forman los agregados debe estar relacionado con un tipo de anticuerpo que reacciona a temperaturas menores de 37°C.; debido a que en la mayor&iacute;a de los laboratorios cl&iacute;nicos de rutina cuentan con ba&ntilde;o de Mar&iacute;a pareciera pr&aacute;ctico y de bajo costo la implementaci&oacute;n de este protocolo para el correcto contaje de plaquetas, en pacientes a los que se les ha reconocido previamente este fen&oacute;meno. Cabe destacar, que en nuestros casos al igual que los reportados por Watkins<SUP>(14)</SUP> y Sheiner<SUP>(15)</SUP> la agregaci&oacute;n plaquetaria no se reverti&oacute; al ser incubada la muestra a 37°C.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">En los experimentos al suplementar inmediatamente con Kanamicina, las muestras de tres (03) pacientes extra&iacute;das con EDTA, se observaron contajes plaquetarios que se mantuvieron constantes durante los sesenta (60) minutos de la prueba, correspondi&eacute;ndose &eacute;ste resultado con un bajo porcentaje de disminuci&oacute;n entre los contajes iniciales y finales (rango: 0-4%) y un coeficiente de variaci&oacute;n que se mantuvo entre el 2.2% y el 3.4%, lo que refleja una precisi&oacute;n v&aacute;lida como para que este protocolo sea usado en el laboratorio cl&iacute;nico de rutina.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Al realizar el contaje manual de plaquetas por el m&eacute;todo de referencia de Brecher-Cronkite encontramos valores entre 222-305 x10<SUP>9</SUP>/l, observando un contaje comparable entre &eacute;stos y aquellos realizados por el autoanalizador a las muestras suplementadas con Kanamicina (240-290 x 10<SUP>9</SUP>/l), lo que evidencia la exactitud del protocolo propuesto. Los autores piensan que la suplementaci&oacute;n con este antibi&oacute;tico es efectiva no s&oacute;lo para evitar la agregaci&oacute;n sino, que adem&aacute;s, permite realizar contajes plaquetarios exactos y reproducibles a trav&eacute;s del tiempo en los pacientes con PTCP-EDTA dependiente. De igual forma se analizaron los posibles cambios que esta suplementaci&oacute;n pudiese ocasionar en el resto de los par&aacute;metros hematol&oacute;gicos (gl&oacute;bulos blancos, gl&oacute;bulos rojos, hemoglobina, hematocrito y VCM), y observando que estos no se alteran, podemos concluir que la suplementaci&oacute;n con Kanamicina, ser&iacute;a el m&eacute;todo ideal para el correcto contaje automatizado de plaquetas, sin alterar los otros par&aacute;metros hematol&oacute;gicos, en pacientes con PTCP-EDTA dependiente previamente diagnosticada.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">El mecanismo por el cual este antibi&oacute;tico es capaz de prevenir los c&uacute;mulos plaquetarios es a&uacute;n desconocido, aunque Sakurai et al.<SUP>(24)</SUP> proponen dos hip&oacute;tesis que explicar&iacute;an la acci&oacute;n de la Kanamicina sobre los agregados.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Como alternativa factible econ&oacute;mica y sencilla, se propone el uso de la Kanamicina para el diagn&oacute;stico diferencial de la PTCP-EDTA dependiente. Sin embargo su uso no excluye la posibilidad de que se contin&uacute;e obviando en algunos pacientes este artefacto de laboratorio; queda de parte del personal del laboratorio el reconocer a tiempo y aplicar las alternativas que tenga a su alcance para elaborar un correcto contaje plaquetario.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">En este estudio se propone un m&eacute;todo alternativo para detectar la PTCP-EDTA dependiente y como realizar un correcto contaje plaquetario en estos casos. </P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">&nbsp;</P> <B>    <P>PROTOCOLO PARA DETECTAR CASOS DE PSEUDOTROMBOCITOPENIA EDTA  DEPENDIENTE</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">En la rutina diaria del laboratorio cl&iacute;nico, al observar contajes plaquetarios por debajo del rango de referencia se debe revisar el extendido sangu&iacute;neo, y si &eacute;ste no se corresponde con el n&uacute;mero de plaquetas arrojadas por el equipo y adem&aacute;s se observaron agregados plaquetarios, sugerimos citar nuevamente al paciente, para extender el estudio y descartar una PTCP-EDTA dependiente.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P> <B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Procedimiento</P> </B>    <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">Tomar tres muestras de sangre venosa con anticoagulante EDTA y mantener las siguientes condiciones:</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY"></P><DIR>      <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">• El tubo N° 1 dejar a temperatura ambiente.</P>     <P ALIGN="JUSTIFY">• El tubo N° 2 dejar a 37°C. inmediatamente despu&eacute;s de extra&iacute;da la muestra.</P>     ]]></body>
