Esta investigación analizó las estrategias para mejorar la accesibilidad de la RVA en la educación universitaria mediante una revisión sistemática cualitativa de 50 artículos publicados entre 2020-2024, seleccionados de bases de datos académicas como Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar y PubMed. La metodología empleó codificación y categorización temática para identificar patrones y tendencias en la literatura. Los resultados revelaron cuatro barreras principales: económicas (costos de equipamiento e infraestructura), técnicas (compatibilidad y mantenimiento), pedagógicas (capacitación docente) y sociales (aceptación y percepción). Las estrategias más efectivas incluyen colaboraciones industria-universidad, desarrollo de infraestructura sostenible, programas de desarrollo profesional docente y políticas de inclusión. Se concluye que la implementación exitosa de la RVA requiere un enfoque holístico que integre aspectos tecnológicos, pedagógicos y sociales, priorizando la equidad en el acceso y la sostenibilidad a largo plazo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The implementation of Augmented Virtual Reality (AVR) in higher education faces various challenges affecting its accessibility and widespread adoption. This research analyzed strategies to improve AVR accessibility in university education through a qualitative systematic review of 50 articles published between 2020-2024, selected from academic databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and PubMed. The methodology employed thematic coding and categorization to identify patterns and trends in the literature. Results revealed four main barriers: economic (equipment and infrastructure costs), technical (compatibility and maintenance), pedagogical (teacher training), and social (acceptance and perception). The most effective strategies include industry-university collaborations, sustainable infrastructure development, teacher professional development programs, and inclusion policies. The study concludes that successful AVR implementation requires a holistic approach integrating technological, pedagogical, and social aspects, prioritizing equitable access and long-term sustainability.]]></p></abstract>
