La revisión muestra que un diseño efectivo de prompts, mejora la respuesta de los modelos de IA para la toma de decisiones y la eficiencia operativa, permitiendo a las empresas disminuir sus costos. Además, la IA aplicada a la cadena de suministros y a la gestión de inventarios, ayuda a predecir la demanda y reducir costos logísticos. Sin embargo, persisten desafíos, como la variabilidad de la calidad de las respuestas de los modelos de la IA en correspondencia con los prompts diseñados y los riesgos de sesgo en las respuestas, lo que requiere de una mayor capacitación y el establecimiento de normativas éticas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study reviews the impact of prompts engineering and artificial intelligence in Industry 4.0, focusing on their application in decision making optimization, industrial process optimization, and supply chain and inventory improvement. The review shows that effective prompts design improves the responsiveness of AI models for decision making and operational efficiency, allowing companies to reduce their costs. In addition, AI applied to supply chain and inventory management helps predict demand and reduce logistics costs. However, challenges remain, such as variability in the quality of AI model responses in correspondence with designed prompts, and risks of response bias, which requires further training and the establishment of ethical standards.]]></p></abstract>
