Las tecnologías de la información, como las plataformas en la nube, han facilitado el acceso y análisis de estos datos, mejorando procesos educativos desde el diagnóstico hasta la solución de problemas. El objetivo de nuestra investigación es la de evaluar el impacto de la implementación de Big Data en el análisis de indicadores de eficiencia en el Centro Educativo Experimental Rafael Narváez Cadenillas. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque pre-experimental, con una muestra de 55 personas seleccionadas aleatoriamente de una población de 127 individuos según datos estadísticos del Centro Educativo. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos incluyeron artículos científicos y una encuesta utilizando la escala de Likert, y para el análisis de resultados se utilizaron programas estadísticos como SPSS y Microsoft Excel. En los resultados encontramos que el tiempo se redujo de 632,58 a 16,58 segundos (97.38%). Almora (2018) reportó una reducción del 79,82% en contextos universitarios. Tejada y Zoiner (2017) sostienen que Big Data maneja grandes datos complejos. Observación en la preparación de informes mostró una disminución del 93,4% (1265,17 a 82,92 segundos), similar a Linares (2019, 75%). Por lo tanto, la integración de Big Data mejora la toma de decisiones y la productividad del personal educativo, según sugieren estos hallazgos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The use of Big Data in education has generated an abundance of information due to the rapid and constant changes in schools, presenting significant challenges and benefits. Information technologies, such as cloud platforms, have facilitated access to and analysis of this data, improving educational processes from diagnosis to problem solving. The objective of our research is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of Big Data in the analysis of efficiency indicators at the Rafael Narváez Cadenillas Experimental Educational Center. The methodology used was a pre-experimental approach, with a sample of 55 people randomly selected from a population of 127 individuals according to statistical data from the Educational Center. The data collection instruments included scientific articles and a survey using the Likert scale, and statistical programs such as SPSS and Microsoft Excel were used for the analysis of results. In the results we found that the time was reduced from 632.58 to 16.58 seconds (97.38%). Almora (2018) reported a reduction of 79.82% in university contexts. Tejada and Zoiner (2017) argue that Big Data handles complex big data. Observation in the preparation of reports showed a decrease of 93.4% (1265.17 to 82.92 seconds), similar to Linares (2019, 75%).
