Form and preparation of manuscripts
7.1 For the design: the organization of the same in the first pages is specified in point 5. 7.2 For the content: first 3 pages (Identified abstract, Unidentified abstract (for the case of anonymous material) and unidentified abstract, Introduction, Body (which will depend on the type of research), Conclusions and Bibliographic References. It is important to place the titles in bold and aligned to the left. If there are notes, they will be made at the foot of the page. Mathematical symbols and formulas must be made with the respective function in the text editor or support program. The graphics, tables and images must have their title and source, if necessary they must be presented in additional files. They must be written in the third person singular (impersonal), have adequate punctuation and lack spelling errors, maintaining balance in the structure of the paragraphs. 8. The bibliographic references cited in the text must appear in the list of references at the end of the work (and vice versa). Carefully observe that all references are indicated, that the spelling of the authors' names corresponds and that the dates given in the text are the same as those in the references. Avoid citations from unreliable sources, especially in the case of the internet. The citations will be in the traditional format Last name (year, p.) removing the number of pages for cases of paraphrasing or use of the idea, in case of being documents of organisms the name of the organism or institution is cited (year), in case of having more than two authors the word et al must be added before the year (only in the citations, because in the references it must appear complete). If the quote is textual of more than 40 words it must be separated in a block at 1 space with indentation of 5 spaces between the right and left margin. 9. Similarly, bibliographic references should be written in alphabetical order by the last name of the (first) author and in French indentation. Multiple references from the same author (or identical group of authors) are ordered by year of publication, if the year of publication is also the same, differentiate them by writing a letter a, b, c, etcetera, after the year, format that will be used in the same way in the citations. 10. To reference different types of documents, APA 7th edition standards must be followed.
NOTES: » It is recommended to review articles published in the journal in the last 5 years, to see style and form. » If the author's name does not appear, the reference should begin with the title of the document or the institution that supports it. » It is recommended that to write the address (URL), especially if it is very long or complicated, use the copy function on your computer. That is, copy the address directly from the document on the Web and then transfer it with the "paste" function to your document. This will ensure that the address is error-free. » All articles external to the publishing source must be adapted to this standard. Refrain from sending articles in thesis format, the results of theses may be adapted and transformed into articles, but documents will not be admitted without their proper treatment and improvement. » This set of rules may present variations over time, therefore, the changes that are made in it, will be published on a date according to its implementation. » Any additional questions regarding the rules, contact the editor or failing that with the editorial committee through the email provided above.
