As of May 15, 2025, the journal TELOS will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication from Vol. 26, No. 3 (September-December 2025). The established amount is as follows: •50 USD per accepted article with up to four (4) authors. •75 USD per accepted article with up to six (6) authors, upon academic justification of co-authorship. Instructions and payment methods will be communicated via email once the article has been officially accepted. The available payment options are: •In US dollars (USD): PayPal and Zelle •In bolivars (VES): Transfers to national bank accounts Fee waiver policy Articles whose authors are exclusively affiliated with institutions in Venezuela will be exempt from paying the APC.
