The aim is to analyze Spanish-language studies on teacher digital competence (TDC) published from 2020 to 2023 in Web of Science (WOS), through bibliometric analysis, to understand recent research trends. Descriptive analysis indicates that 2022 has the highest number of publications; Spain leads scientific production, with Cabero-Almenara as the most prolific author. Four clusters were generated, addressing relevant aspects of research on teacher digital competence.
