An observational, correlational study was conducted with 382 students enrolled in the Center for Justice and Human Rights Studies (CEJDH)'s virtual academic programs during the year 2025. Two virtual Likert scales were used as instruments, validated by the authors and with good reliability (α > 0.95). The results indicate that digital marketing, and its four dimensions according to the 4Fs model (flow, functionality, feedback, and loyalty), are directly related to positioning.
