The territorial planning is a polysemous word; this essay seeks to expose the different theories about it, to achieve this purpose, the author will take advantage of the analysis of various studies and some premises of the European Unionterritorial planning, such as: multiculturalism, social characteristics, territory and land, and environment. The analysis of all these variables is what makes this essay a great source of self-analysis and re-thinking of the possibilities for a territorial planning.
