This article analyzed intercultural justice in Peru from normative perspectives and its implementation in the socio-legal reality. A descriptive study was carried out based on documentary analysis and systematic review of the specialized literature in Scopus and Scielo databases. The results showed that, in relation to normativity, considerable progress was recorded, the norms have not been only numbers, but also very effective, but in practice, they have not been materialized yet or their compliance has been very poor. For this reason, intercultural justice in Peru has been an aspiration rather than a reality; it has only been declarative, since it has not materialized in socio-legal praxis. In conclusion, there is still a significant gap between existing regulations and their materialization in practice.
