The purpose of this article was to evaluate student satisfaction in graduate programs, specifically at the Universidad Estatal Amazónica in Ecuador. In terms of methodology, the study was carried out under a descriptive quantitative approach. A survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire was used as an instrument, based on the National Multipurpose Household Survey conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Census. The sample was selected by means of a stratified sample design, and consisted of 229 graduates of the graduate programs of the UEA. The results highlighted a positive scale in the degree of satisfaction of the students with their graduate studies at the university. Therefore, it was concluded that the university has been perceived as a quality formative process and a good formation in values, which has contributed to the development of the country and the organizations.
