The study conducted in La Maná Canton, Ecuador, aimed to optimize home delivery logistics for the Easy Express company through the development of a mobile application, addressing the deficiencies of the manual system based on instant messaging that generated delays, communication errors, and high operating costs; to achieve this, a mixed approach was applied, combining semi-structured interviews with clients and delivery personnel with structured surveys of 150 users, calculated with a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error, in addition to implementing an agile Kanban methodology in software development, prioritizing critical tasks such as the integration of geolocation APIs and order management, using Flutter and Firebase as the technological architecture; the results showed that 85% of users experienced delays and 80% reported communication failures, while 90% considered real-time tracking and automatic notifications essential, validating the need for digitalization; the application enabled route automation, efficient order assignment, and real-time traceability, improving transparency, reducing operating costs, and increasing customer satisfaction; in conclusion, the technological tool represents a viable and strategic solution that strengthens business competitiveness and serves as a replicable model for logistics SMEs in similar contexts.
