A clinical case is reported of a pacient who presents a lesion at the third middle of the face with aproximadtly sixth months of evolution, the same one unknew totality about the Neoplasia nevertheless he had the luck to be attended by us, and be able in conjuntion with a team formed by the Oncologist, Patologist, Plastic Surgeon, Oral Surgeon and Dentist obtained a definitly diagnostic and the completly removed of the lesion.
