The present work has as purpose to diagnose the epidemic profile of health-illness in the population escolarizada according to its social insert and the impact of the social and economic history in the metropolitan area. As a result we could observe that the State has had difficulties to define political effective that counteract the negative effects of the health in the population; being observed an inequity to consent to conditions of social improvement. Some indicators in connection with the nutrition are: Low family revenues, discharges unemployment rates, families in accumulation, deficit situation; and in connection with the Bucal Health, the cavity was the most frequent pathology affecting to all the opposing social groups
