The present paper has as purpose to analyze by the light of the economic, political and social conditions of the country, the impact on the population's health like consequence of the Program of adjustments imposed by the Neoliberal Pattern that has assumed the Venezuelan State. For it, we carry out an extensive bibliographical revision that allowed us to characterize this process of deterioration of the conditions of life of the Venezuelan people.
