The   odontogenic central fibroma is a not very frequent lesion and it usually appear in both maxillars. Acording to the classification approved by the Health´s World Organization his histologically they can present nature conjuntive tissue, with calcified material similar to dentine, centent and bone. A case of a 12 year-old is reported that presents expansive lesion of both bone structures that extends from the molar area of the right side to the canine area of the left side in the mandibule.
