This is a report of a case that describe the treatment applied for an external resorption and the lost of the buccal horizontal plate of the central superior right incisor. The treatment of this area required the use of a new therapy that combine three different materials  of the last generation in dentistry. The external resorption was treated with glass ionomer (Vitremer)®; the bone loss with a graft of bioactive glass (Biogran)®  combined with the application of  menbrane  of politetra fluorethilene expandide (Gore Tex) ®. All this therapy was applied wiht the purpose of the induction of the regeneration of the lost periodontal tissues. This therapy is no conventional, is offered like possible option or alternative for the treatment of complicated cases.
