  Pyogenic granuloma is a bening disease that it is caused by multiple factors. It could appear on the skin and oral mucosa as well. When it is appear in the oral cavity mainly affect the gums but Pyogenic granuloma would be present at other areas of the mouth. For these reason is very important that the dentist knows about all the anatomic presentations of that common disease. This study shows two unusual presentations of Oral Pyogenic granuloma and the literature review.
