The palatine fissure is reason why a malformed of a lot of importance for the boy that suffers it, it is necessary to pay him quick attention to propitiate the patient an easier feeding, correct phonation and in sustained form the development of the occlusion. A case is presented where it is evidenced that the intervention to early age of the hard palate leaves as sequel the  of the maxillary . This complicates the treatment to return the patient a correct anatomy and normal functions.
