The treaty between U.C.V.- Corpoamigos Anaco is one of the seminars of extension teaching service program of the Odontology Faculty that is being developed in 16 states around the country. This seminar consists of human, material and financial resources needed to get the best attention for the community. That´s what makes this seminar one of the most important of the Odontology Faculty of the U.C.V.(fig.1)                    In the research that has been done the sample was conformed by 142 pacients, males and females with ages between 6 and 10 (with the lost of at least one of the first molars).             The results obtained showed a high frequency of the losing of this molar, what becomes to be a big problem in the rural population. This problem gets worse because there are not enough preventive programs in these comunities.             It is  very important to notice that in Venezuela (including the rural community of Anaco) there are not epidemiological research about this case.
