In this article we made reference about denture as determinant factors that influence Candida albicans to become from saprophytic to pathological stage. 40 denture wearers are analyzed Vs. 10 no denture wearers control group with samples from mucosa and denture surfaces. Denture trauma, continuous denture wearing, denture hygiene are discussed.
