Dental education it is not the exception. It is also submitted to deep questions, no only from outside, as well from its own members. Great number of changes force to rethink the institution, because of uncertainty product of contemporary scientific growth. Institutions should answer with speed to the new challenges and keep quick never-ending innovated attitude, more over, in front of the epidemiological changes and the real social and economics complex process. It is difficult to explain the new scenario that will define the dentistry and the teaching, but to get an approximation to start a positive dialogue will be useful.
