Mucoceles are very frequents lesions in oral cavity, they appear mainly in the internal aspect f the lower lip but the can arise in the hole oral mucosa, where exist minor sallivary glands. In this report we describe three cases with unusual localization in oral cavity. Anamnesis and clinical presentation are the keys for the diagnosis, which is confirmed by surgical elimination and histopathological study.
