The following biographical research describes an extended halitosis classification based on the time of appearance, origin and existing psychological factors. The etiological aspects deriving from the physiological and pathological types are mentioned and classified which will facilitate an accurate diagnosis and treatment or will help the doctor recomiend the patient specialist since some cases are not for odontologist. The bucal or oral malodor is a part of odontology because of the Gram-negative anaerobic bacteria, which are the principal changing elements of the bad breath. Studying this type of microorganisms will lead us to better understand the symptoms and new methods to eliminate oral halitosis.
