Abstract The high prevalence of teeth in incorrect position in children, in a country where more on 78,2% (Fundacredesa 1994) of the population it lives in poverty state; it brings like consequence the necessity to make interinstitutional programs with education workings, where dentist, assistant and teacher, is integrated according to its academic qualification to be able to arrive at the parents and its children in the ambulatory and schools, by means of the application of levels of prevention in health which to avoid or to interfere in the evolution of the disease, it begins from early age (3 years old) so that it is not accumulated and it aggravates previously existing alterations, where they influence nutricionales factors, psychological state, habits, decay , among others, reason why they require a work together, so that the integral health of the individual is obtained.
