Abstract A clinical case is reported of a patient, female sex , 16 years old who present a little inflammation at the lower back right border with approximately 2 months of evolution. The result of the biopsy was Odontogenic queratocyst. It is very important an early diagnosis of this lesion because it has the maximum index of recidive between all the odontogenic cysts.
