Abstract Myasthenia Gravis is an illness that affect the nerves impulses and this is transmitted to the muscles in the neuromuscular joint. Is a autoimmune disorder in which the body attack his own muscle system. The expectative for this population is good when they are treatment correctly. The Myasthenia Gravis could be mortal when breath is affected. MG is not directly inherited nor is it contagious. MG involves the voluntary muscles of the body. The facials and masticators muscles can be involved. It is important in the dental field because the weakness could be produced for many drugs put in during the treatment. A report one case: female patient, 65 years old with Myasthenia Gravis. Were done 3 simples extractions in different opportunities. The objective is to know the correct protocol we need to follow to treat this patients from the dental point of view in order to avoid dangerous situations for the patient live.
