Abstract

The lymphoepithelial cyst is a submucous lesion of  yellowish color that appears where exists lymph tissue out of tonsil. Histological is a cyst whose coating epithelium is surrounded by a limit lymph tissue. Two cases of benign lymphoepithelial cyst are described in adult patients that were attended in the Stomatology Clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry of the UCV.  The report of two cases in a year in the service shows that the lesion is not so infrequent as report the world dental literature and in our country.
