The present work tries on a study pilot carried out in a group of school in understood ages from 5 to 14 years of age in the population of Manzanillo Municipio Antolín del Campo, Edo.Nueva Esparta, Venezuela to evaluate from the epidemic point of view the Syndrome of Insufficient Nasal Breather IRN. For that which was used as methodology an exam Clinical Initial, a Complementary Clinical exam and she/he Interviews for the parents or representatives. Finding 63% of children with characteristic of Insufficient Nasal Breather, a labial incompetence with 68%, the characteristic but significant to the bony exam was the presence of winged scapulas in 95%, what leaves outlined the realization of a study but wide in the different sanitary districts of the Edo. nueva Esparta, in order to specify the you validate and important of these observations before mentioned.
