Among The difficulties  of students in post-graduated studies and professional in the health care face to carry out a research we find a comprtmentalized vision, reducing the aspect or reality to research, as well as the theorical inconsistency to conceptualize what is wanted to know o tu research, appropriately to this situation is also added the you practice many times inconsistencies of the research activity, a full schematic vision of "prejudices", "conventions" and appreciations" what is constituted in a mental block to access the new knowledge.     Im my experience as professor of post-graduated studies, the applicants in research are full with immediacy, the appearance of the phenomenon dominates them in such a way that the work of research is made difficult in the first times.     To identify the moments, the elements that constitute the object of study are translated in a difficulty by the ignorance of the characteristics of the reality from the point of view of the Epistemology.     Other difficulties are, from the educational point of view, is that the researchers refer to the elaboration of the bibliographical revision in whose selection, in many cases, dominates the investigator’s vision ò produeces a slanted perspective, from that the theorical review is not centrered in the object of study.     The complications, the lack of focus, the doubts, in most of the cases come from an ignorance of the sources of the philoophical knowledge and of other  sources of it, or the knowledge that  should feed the person that tries to discover and respond to the questions in the existential, universal and philosophical plane.     Does this work present a perspective ò it focuses qualitative as option  been worth in the research in health, with the purpose of contributng to the methodological formation of the graduate degree students, for what we will try to develop an to respond to the question What is a research or investigation? For some it is a process, for others a method for the rest a problem.     The fact of having worked with research professors and students has taken me further in some theoretical and technical aspects, looking to present the research or  investigation like a human reflexive process, which one should enjoy without complications.
