This research has explored the Burnout Syndrome in a group of dentist and dentists students of the last year in Córdoba National University. A sample of eighty two, forty two dentists and forty dentist students were assessed. The following technique was applied: Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) ( Maslach y Jackson, 1986). The results show that dentists students report higher scores in emotional exhaustion and in depersonalization. Dentists show more personal realization in their work.
