The Alzheimer’s Disease is an affection that is presented in older patients and it is the most frequent cause of dementia in this segment of population. The etiologic factors are multiple and the evolution is slow but progressive. Because this population's segment is in constant increase, the next literature review wants to familiarize the Dentistry with the clinical features of the illness and the way of focusing the treatment plan in this kind of patients.
