The arterial hypertension is a public health problem in the western hemisphere. The number of patient with hypertension that go to the dentistry consultation increases day by day. The following bibliographical revision exposes the considerations that Dentistry should take to make the consultation for these patients much surer and to improve the quality of life of the same ones.
