The dental loss, associated to systemic, pathological and traumatic factors, promotes the process of resorption bone of the residual ridge. That process generates functional problems, as the absence of stability and retention of the prosthesis dental removable, like well as psychological and esthetic disturbances. The present article has the objective of describe the clinical case of a patient with severe bone loss mandible, rehabilitated by new prostheses dental removable, after to be submitted to a surgical procedure of deepening of fornix vestibular mandible with guides surgical sutures after surgical incision. The rehabilitation achieved the objectives desired, providing better function, esthetics and comfort, improving the quality of life of the patient.
