Supernumerary teeth are in the group of dental local factors that affect normal development and help malocclusion. It is important to present this case, since the incidence of supernumerary teeth is 0. 1-3% and therefore it is possible that among our patients, adults and children, we have similar cases. A clinic case of a patient of the Orthodontic Postgraduate Course of the Central University of Venezuela is presented.
