A clinical case of olygodontia with a number of 20 agenesis is presented. Twenty eight year-old, female patient. Available from anamnesis, six family members present this anomaly. None of them was diagnosed ectodermic dysplasia or any other syndrome related to this pathology. A number of radiographic studies consisting in panoramic dynamic techniques are conducted. Based on the abovementioned, the number of affected teeth, their location, sex, age and race are quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. The results obtained are presented in tables and figures.
