Numerous studies have evaluated the influence the removal of the smear layers befor obturation, materials of obturation the root canal system and different techniques of obturation on the microleakage coronal in teeth root canal treatment In this revise literature the removal of the smear layers appearance to reduce the microleakage coronal. The results of ability of seal the cements were variable and that not any the techniques of obturation were ability for prevent the microleakage coronal when obturation exposed to saliva.
