The most frequent injuries were the actinic queilitis with 17%, leukoplakia with 13%, morsiscatum Bucarum and traumatic fibroma with a 12% each. There were also found other types of injuries as Nevus, Mucocele and traumatic sores among others. The most prevalence age was between 16 and 17 years of age with a 68% and the most frequent anatomical location was the lips with 49% followed by buccal mucosa19%, rim 14% and the palate, gingiva, tongue with a 2% respectively. This study demonstrates the incident of pre-malign injuries in a teen population as Leukoplakia. It is an aggravating situation due to the neo-plastic transformation capacity of tissues if they are directly related to bad habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption. These habits could promote cellular changes to the mouth cavity levels of teen population.
