The partial edentulism might be rehabilitated using dental implants. The advances in implantology had reached the functional reestablishment and esthetics in edentulism areas and decreasing the time of the treatments. These advantages of dental implants may be used in association with different surgical techniques. In this case report two surgical techniques were associated, the placement of dental implant with immediate loading and the connective tissue graft. The aim of this technique was the preservation of the queratinizated and bone tissue, periimplant marginal sealing, and obtaining esthetics in a short term period.
