The technological advance with scientific support of last forty years, has located the Implantodonthics whitin dentistry, not only as a working philosophy, but rather as a scientific verified truth. The validity of the osseous integration proposed in the decade of the eighties has forced further research in the bone histology of the interface of dental implants as a base of permanent scientific support.
