The purpose of this article is review some of the general aspects about  the tissue engineering and  regeneration of the dentin and pulp. The engeneering is a novel and highy exciting field of research that aims to repair damaged tissue as well as create replacement organs. In endodontics the the procedures regenerative designed to replace damaged structures, inclucling dentin and root structures, as well as cell of the pulps-dentin complex. The treatment of regeneration  will revolutionize the future of  the endodontic, but more research is needed so it can be an alternative of treatment as  pulp capping procedures to preserve the vitality pulp and for the canal treatment
