To communicate results related to the use of new technologies (e.g. Modernbio-technology - MB), gives fulfillment to the mission of the organizationsthat use them and it is part of the studies in public perception (PP)recommended by the Ibero-American net of Indicators of Science andTechnology (VI Workshop of Science and Technology Indicator). Duringthe IV training workshop of PNUMA/FMAM project for the national frameof bio-technology in Venezuela (2005), dedicated to the PP and MBeducation, the importance that social communication has on this topic andthe expectations about risk and benefits that new technology applicationsgenerates in the society were highlighted, with the aims of transferring, tomanipulating and to using genetically modified organisms in a sake manner.This work presents a diagnosis of internal congruity of the information donors of the agricultural research center called Fundación DANAC (Actor's perception), and its qualitative expression according to Ball's micro-politicaltheory (Mentioned for Bardisa, 1997), as a strategy of internal communication management. The results are: i) Conformation an opinion group of 4researches, ii) analysis of 7 criteria for the development of the implicitapproach into the science of the organization science, iii) agreements in 2update components to improve the performance of communicationmanagement project.
