Ulcerative colitis (UC) the most common form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD),1 is a chronic disease that causes uncontrolled recurrent inflammation of the colon,2 characterized by mucosal ulceration, rectal bleeding, diarrhea and abdominal pain.3 A third of patients may develop extraintestinal manifestation.4,5 In UC these manifestations are often associated with disease activity.5,6 We present a case of a patient with UC who presented extraintestinal cutaneous, ocular and oral mucosa, with resolution of the same post-treatment.
