The first two pregnancies obtained with the use of the gonadotrophin-releasing hormone antagonist (Ganirelix) are reported. The first pregnancy was obtained in a patient affected by premature ovarian failure in whom an intracytoplasmatic spermatozoid injection and ovodonation was performed. She is now in the tenth gestational week with normal evolution. The second patient achieved pregnancy after anc spermatozoid injection procedure because a deficient male factor and is now running a nine weeks twin gestation.
