We report a pacient with 20 weeks of pregnancy, the ultrasonography study detected a fetus with a cystic mass, located at the left side of the neck. After birth, the tumor’s histhophatologic study revealed a benign mesenquimatic neoplasy, similar to a cystic hygroma.
