Case of carrying patient of intrauterine device appears, that consults to present genital bleeding and abdominal pain, later to clinical and para clinical evaluation, exploratory laparotomy was undertaken to her being compatible findings with broken ovarian pregnancy, it was verified by pathological anatomy.
